FAQ
Below are the answers to some frequently asked questions that you may find helpful. For anything else, please feel free to contact us.
Who are you?
Grail Watch Club is a London based prize competition platform run by watch enthusiasts, for watch enthusiasts. We offer an affordable and realistic chance of winning a dream luxury watch. Grail Watch Club is operated by Grail Group Ltd. See About Us for more.
How much does it cost and what are my chances of winning?
The price and quantity of tickets available varies depending on the watch; we always aim to find the perfect balance between affordable tickets and a realistic chance of winning. Each competition provides clear details on pricing and the maximum number of entries available.
How do I enter?
Choose the number of tickets, play the skill-based game and enter your payment details. All correct entries are collated and the winner is chosen at random by an independent third party; we use www.randomdraws.co.uk
Who can enter?
Entrants must be 18 or over and permanent residents of England, Scotland or Wales.
Is this a lottery?
No, it is a prize competition, the outcome of which depends on the application of knowledge and/or skill.
Do you ever extend competitions?
No! Competition start and end dates are clearly stated at the point of entry, along with the draw date. The competition closing date will be reached at the end of the Promotion Period or when all tickets are sold, if sooner. Promotion Periods will never be extended. See Terms & Conditions for full details.
How will I know if I’ve won?
Winners will be contacted by telephone and email using the details provided when entering the competition. Draws are broadcast live on our Instagram account where the winner’s name will be announced. All draw results are published on our Past Winners page, along with a link to the draw certificate.
Are the watches genuine?
Always. All of our watches are sourced from trusted dealers here in the UK and are supplied to our winners complete with all relevant papers, certifications and proof of purchase. We’re watch geeks; dodgy watches aren’t exactly our thing!
How does my entry help to support good causes?
We make regular donations to good causes via charities of our choice. You can read more about who we are currently supporting on our charities page.
